firstly you gota push the caliper piston all the way back to ensure easy removal of caliper and for easy fitting once completed

once the piston is back, release and remove 2 number 6 allen key bolts holding caliper onto carrier

once both bolts are out, pads and anti rattle clips are removed and i just moved the caliper out of the way for space

remove screw holding disc onto the hub

comparing the 2 discs - 280mm vs 239mm - you will see new disc has no screw hole - discs may be fitted without them but just make it slightly harder to keep steady - extra hands help here

sprayed calipers and carriers black while they were off

only problem was the caliper touching the wheel so i took off my rear 5mm spacers and fitted them in front. fitted a temp set of 8mm at the rear but plan on getting 10mm soon

2 reasons actually.
To redrill my hubs to 5x100 will cost the same amount as the full disc and pads setup here.
The rim is a speedline off a 98 audi which was 5x112 and that setup is not suitable for the mk1 hub
