Tools needed:
-vinyl or tint material ((I used one sheet of material but you can use more to make it darker))
-screwdriver or bit to take out srews from fender liners
-razor blade
-heat gun or hair dryer.

First you have to take the repeator off the car by going behind the front fender wells and pushing the repeators out by finding the tension clip on the one side and releasing it:

Here is the repeator cleaned up and ready for the tint to be applied to it:

Starting at one edge press the tint material on being slow and smooth about it..take your time and press the material down as you pull the material snug..if you come across any bubbles pull the material back a little bit and press the bubbles out:

Using a heat gun or hair dryer..starting in the center and work your way out to the edges being slow and watching how the materials mend so your not over melting one spot and not even sealing off another...slow and steady...

Take a razor blade or knife and cut away the material from behind the outermost edge of the repeator:

Go back and run over the material one last time with your heating element...making sure your edges of tint material are pressed against the repeator and have a nice tight seal:

Put your repeator by following the same steps you did to take it out just in reverse, take a step back and enjoy the fruits of your labor...this process only takes 30-45 mins to do taking your time and not rushing:
